Unable To Download Realm World

Every time I try to download my realm world or backups I get a message saying that it failed, this on Xbox one. On Nintendo Switch I finish the download bar (of 173 mb) and it just gets stuck with no message displayed and no end. I can't find any fix for this issue and no one is providing an explanation, all I know is that this issue has been around for quite some time now. I am unable to change texture pack on my realm and I'm stuck with a terrible one that I can't change, this is really annoying and it's becoming a real issue, I am paying for something that's not working.
(I can only provide Nintendo Switch picture of issue, dont want to waste more of my time proving that this is real.)
