Villager trading not working in beta 1.10.0.3

After updating to the beta villagers no longer have consistent trades nor remain at the same unlocked level when closing and reopening worlds. Prices, item amounts, unlocked trades, and enchanted book types all seem to be randomized upon opening trade ui every time you open the world
