My friends minecraft (iOS) on her Minecraft it won’t let her change her skin it is invisible and she has tried everything and needs to be able to apply her skin on Minecraft please help

My friends Minecraft is not working. Her skin is invisible and it won’t let her change it and it won’t show up on servers and she is very frustated and she wants to be able to use her skin but it won’t show up when she adds it
