Players' heads go through blocks

Players' heads are able to go through blocks. When it's a block with a complete hitbox, slab, etc, everything is normal from the first person view, but a bit weird when seen by another person. When it's a lily pad, the player can see through it even in the first person view, it seems like they're out of the water but they're not.
