Auto-Save/Inadvisable walls

While traveling around the world of Minecraft me and my friends are experiencing Inadvisable walls after a while of traveling around, if try to go through the wall the auto save pop up but once we walk away it the auto save box goes away, also we have to to leave an restart the save and the wall goes away but comes back after a while of traveling, anything that can done about this problem?

P.s. It's not the first time "running into" this problem.
