For some reason when you play and go somewhere not to far there is a barrier that appears. (This happens in a no cheat survival world)

When this barrier appears I can't go pass it and I can't break pass it. In order to fix it I leave and come back then it becomes normal, but it always appear somewhere else. This has only appeared on a multiplayer survival world with no cheats. This also happens to an android which I join.
