Mcpe loads so slow with our wifi

Minecraft takes so long to load with our wifi PLDT Fibr here in the Philippines even iF the internets Fine. I cant play minecraft here where Im studying because do this issue.
(P.S Otherwise wifi Will work and minecraft Will load fast) hope this Will be fixed
