The water turns every time into ice!

For quite some time. When I play design mode, I have a problem, the orca I get closer to the water (whether in nature or a source created inside a building), this gel instantly to melt either the next day from the sun This rises or if I put a glowstone for  Melt it in the building. The bug also appears to survive.  Thank you for correcting this bug in a next update of Minecraft Pocket Edition on IOS.

In creation, I hover over the map to see if this bug appears everywhere and this is the case. As soon as I approach a water source it freezes and turns into ice instantly. It appears in all the biome that have from sources of water.
