Fall from a high place survival glitch

Everything is fine when I save and exit the game. But when loading the survival world back up, it shows my character falling through the clouds until I hit the ground..  And it says Queen0fHearts07 fell from a high place. 

 This has happened to me twice on two separate seeds. Please fix.. If their is anyway I can help, let me know.
