No OPs on Realms

I have entered my realm which has people with OP on. Apparently, no-one has OP and cannot access commands. This is really effecting gameplay as me and my build team cannot create any maps as a team. I have tried setting people admin and setting people as OP in the Realm settings... nothing is working... ask any questions if needed
