Blocked by invisible wall, until restart

When playing my realm solo I find if I travel about 100-200 blocks in a direction I will be restricted by an invisible wall. For some reason it only happens when no other players are on the realm. In the attachment is my skeleton horse glitching because it is unable to advance forward, along with any other mob and myself.
