I downloaded a esorse pack and it crashed minecraft and i can enter mincraft and go to settings to delete it because it crashes before i can enter minecraft

I resently downloaded a resorse pack  and tryed to play minecraft at first it crashed when i tryed to load a world but now it crashes just before mincraft loads so i cant delete it minecraft is one of my favorite games please try fix it someone.
