Redstone repeaters need to be replaced after traveling in realms

After coming back from following a cartographer's map and coming back to base, I found that none of my Redstone machines were working. After some troubleshooting, I discovered that repeaters were not transmitting any signal even if receiving a source and would not do so until they were broken and replaced.
