Buying or Updating Items In Marketplace

So around a month or two ago, I had to update my Halo Mashup Pack for my game and I did, then when the EXP bar download icon appeared, it dissapeared, I didn't know what to make of it, but I didn't mind, then around during the 12 Days Of Christmas event was happening, I couldn't get the worlds, I got the skins and all, but not the worlds, I checked and it said the same as the Halo Mashup pack did, and now just recently I got the Crush World and did too did the same, I kinda wasted my money on it, but I still want to play it because it looks interesting, and I checked it doesn't effect skin packs, only texture packs and worlds, what's happening, I tried to ask people on the MC Forums but they said just to get xbox support, can anyone help?
