Writing names in Book appear as ##### instead of showing name

In writing a book, I tried to type the following words:

The food was low, and we needed to shop. Andrew, Simon Peter's brother went to the market.

And while the words show after I type them, if I drop the book and reopen it (or another player opens the book to read it) that text appears as such:

The food was low, and we needed to shop.  ###### ##### ###### went to the market.

 

I have tried typing one name, and there is no issue but for some reason when these names are placed together, it always does this.
