Update Block/ reserved6 block ocasionally appears in inventory

the two blocks occasionally apear when i switch tabs on my phone. when i place them down, the block becomes a ghost block. when walked through causes the player to be unable to move, but will shift location of heads. screen also becomes shaky. other players cannot see it.
