Game Lags when multiple Shalker Chests are full.

My minecraft had lagged big time when all shalker chests are. I think this caused the game to lag in a small part of my old world. When i ventured further out of my old wold (when it updated to infinite) it lagged really bad, selecting an item was an issues and took about 2-3 to select and hold/switch the item.
