clone command is executed unevenly with another executed by the same lever or any means that activates it

I have a mechanism which occupies a block of commands with a clone command and another with a teleport command which both are activated by the same lever before in version 1.5, they used to run at the same time but now they do not execute the same first one and after a while the other and this makes the mechanism inefficient
