The controlls aren't shown and I can't move?!

Why I can't Play on a touch mode. And I Played 1day ago with mouse and keyboard but before it was everything ok. But sometimes I can't play  on touch controlls and than I need to reinstall Minecraft from Google Play store!!!!!
