Weapon's skin changed to other weapon's skin instead

So I was mining for diamonds and after that, came back to land. I chop down some wood. Straight after, I quit the game and played another map. When I return, the diamond axe's skin was changed to diamond pickaxe's skin. I do not have jailbreak or any hacking softwares. Someone fix this soon! Thanks!
