Windows 10 bug and a Pocket edition(mobile) bug

On my windows 10 platform when I spawn into a world entities begin spawning. These entities can be anything. It mainly likes to spawn silverfish but has also spawned an ender dragon before. This also happens when in a realm. And even if Im in a realm with someone playing on windows 10. Im also having an issue where I cannot play pocket edition on my phone because everytime xbox live loads the game crashes and ends itself.
