Crash then using throw items splash potion, egg eye of ender and snowball

If I use a throw-item the game crash. This affects splash potions, eggs, eye of ender and snowballs.

I can fix it by reinstalling the game and it will then run without issue... once. 
The next and following runs the game will again crash then using throw-items.
