You need to authenticate xbox live

I am trying to connect to my local minecraft bedrock server (1.8.1.2) from several different iOS devices on the same network all with version 1.8.1.  I am continually unable to connect to local server and get error " You need to authenticate xbox live".  Has anyone found a solution for this?  Thank you.
