Marketplace download issue

After the aquatic update many texture/ mash up packs and worlds bought on the marketplace needed an update. However, the downloading of the update never completed and everything that I have purchased since will not download at all, it is stuck with just a dark green bar saying it is downloading but it will never move. It has been this way for the last few months. Now I cannot use any purchased world templates or texture packs. Please help!
