Purchased worlds pack, not downloading

My boy purchased 3 worlds few days ago. It's been showing downloading for last three days but didn't really happen. Today, one of world was disappeared from downloading list. It appears again in the store and need to pay again to get it....

Is there anyway to make it work and get refund for disappeared world? I've been searching for few days but wasn't lucky.
