Bug while riding a horse

While riding a horse I’ll sometimes run into an invisible wall that I can’t move around, but only while I’m riding a horse. This has happened several times, and has even happened to my friend that plays PC with me (both bedrock edition). I have to fully leave my personal world and reload it to fix it, but if I'm still riding a horse it will put another random wall I can't cross eventually
