/playsound and /stopsound don't suggest or tab-complete sound names

The bug

Unlike other commands, /playsound and /stopsound don't provide any suggestions or tab-completion for sounds names.

How to reproduce

1. Type /playsound and a space
   →  No suggestions appear
2. Type anything and then another space. Suggestions begin appearing for other arguments, just not the sound name itself.
