Can’t import a custom resourcepack to Minecraft bedrock

I can’t import a custom resourcepack to my iPad or IPhone, I have followed every step on the Minecraft website and tried almost everything else on the internet but when i click copy to Minecraft on the resource-pack file nothing happens ... i then tried on my Win10 pc and here it works all the time with no exception :/
