Two bug for bedrock Nintendo switch edition Minecraft

I have found two bugs on Minecraft Nintendo switch edition first I can only use skins from the skin pack preview if press the plus and open the pack I can't click confirm and second when I log out I'm in a different place first I logged out on my first floor and spawned on my second floor then later I logged and loaded in dead and lost everything
