New Chunks Loading

When loading chunks that have never been loaded, the game is extremely laggy. Even with the chunk render distance at it's lowest game setting. It could go lower through "option.txt" but back to topic. It's low, and it lags... Bad!

Before this beta it has been a high performance game.
