Realms is not saving properly

Members of my realm and I have been having issues with chunks resetting after being unloaded and reloaded. We have also had players inventory and position reset after re-logging. It has made realms unplayable. It seems like the server just stops saving.

Most of us play on Windows 10 edition but some use X Box. it also seems to be isolated to the server, I have not had any problems in single player. Closing and reopening the realm will sometimes fix the problem but it always comes back.  I don't know for sure but it seemed to have started with the 1.8.0 update
