failure in the shadows

My problem is that in version 1.9.0.3 beta, as far as I know (is the one I tried), the shadows of the game, almost always in the trees, fail and create a darkness in which it is impossible to see, to fix it I place a torch or some item that gives light and thus force the game to light up and remove the darkness
