Store can’t connect to internet

Whenever I open the Minecraft app I have no problem connecting, but upon opening the store it tells me “We’re unable to ctonnect to the store. Maybe check your internet connection?” I have this problem on both of the devices I have Minecraft on (IPad and IPhone XR), and no other apps have this problem. It is definitely not a internet problem, seeing as it does this no matter what I connect to. I’ve had this problem since the 28th, I’ve tried shutting down the devices, restarting the devices, disconnecting from the internet, it doesn’t do anything.
