Tall Birch trees woundn't generate once again

Tall birch trees do not generate in Birch Forest M biomes, Sure, it was fixed in beta 1.5.0.14, but in 1.8.0 they do not generate again. also: birch Forest M have wrong grass colour, which looks like that color of plains.
