Sky Spawning

Phone Type: ZTE Max Pro, Android

For awhile, I've had a problem where everytime I spawn back into each of my Minecraft worlds, I end up being extremely high from ground and dying from the fall unsurprisingly. Losing my new found items has become a problem since this happened. I would like to know if it's the phone itself or the game.
