Duplication Glitch on 1.8

Duplication Glitch, example you have 2 diamonds. Then rename the other one using an anvil. Then put it any of the other two on the crafting slot and double tap it. It duplicates. Fix this so that the thrill on survival wont be gone because I used the glitch but the challenge is gone.
