purchases from marketplace not downloading

Purchased minecoins for my daughter for christmas. We picked some new worlds to purchase and also a couple of the free offers. They have all said downloading for the last three days. She was so excited to be able to pick new things only to be very dissapointed that she couldnt use them. please fix this asap!!
