Can't Change loading world tips using texture packs

When I make a Texture pack and change the generating world loading tips, it doesn't change anything it stays the same in-game loading tips! Please fix this. (File used to change loading tips: en_US.lang) Please help me. Device: Android RCA Galileo Pro.
