Mobs sometimes look back without moving their body (Like an owl)

Some mobs (I think all of them) are turning head like an owl. In these images you can see a zombie pigman and a panda doing that, but I 've seen that hapenning to endermen, wolves, villagers (etc) too. I don't use addons.
