"Sail the seven seas" achievement progression bar not moving/achievement unobtainable

There's no progression shown on the "Sail the seven seas" achievement's progression bar even after a player visits a ocean boime or this achievement in unobtainable. This bug was found on Android 8.0.0 device Huawei Nova 2i.
