crashes when I click on the app minecraft and not able to log in to my xbox account

This is a serious problem . every time I load minecraft it crashes.
so I was playing minecraft then it asked me to update when I was playing in a server , so I updated it then I clicked on the app .on the homepage of minecraft , after few seconds it crashed.this happed 10-11 times continouously.so I deleted minecraft and redownloaded it then when I opened it ,it was not allowing me to log in to my Xbox account.

MOJANG PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!
