Natural and Fantasy texture packs won't download after purchasing

I bought the Natural and Fantasy texture packs from the store at the same time I purchased the Egyptian Mythology texture pack. The Egyptian texture pack downloaded just fine, but then after that when I purchased the Natural and Fantasy texture packs, they won't download. I checked them multiple times, restarted both the game and my pc, yet the still won't download. The screen will still show that they're at 0% downloaded after 15 minutes, while most packs take less than a minute to download, even the larger ones.
