minecraft:spawn_particle_attached_entity doesn't work in server script

The minecraft:spawn_particle_attached_entity script event doesn't create any particles in server script. It works in client script, though sometimes the position is not correct.
The event minecraft:spawn_particle_in_world works correctly both in client script and in server script.
