Marketplace items permanently get stuck at downloading and never progresses

Randomly, when trying to download an item in the Minecraft marketplace, the item will get stuck on downloading and will never progress. There is no way to cancel it. The only way to get it to download is to delete the game, losose all of your progress on everything, and redownkoad and pray to god it works on the reinstalled version. Also happens just about everywhere, not on mobile. It’s happened on Windows 10 and Xbox One S as well. This needs an immediate fix or a cloud save implementation for mobile worlds.
