Festive mash-up 2016 failure

So I bought Festive mash-up 2016 the other day but as son as I start loading the texture pack it freezes and won’t let me use it. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstall it but still nothing. Also I’m using an iPhone 6S but I couldn’t choose that.
