The tops of cactus's no longer do damage to players.

Players can run and jump on tops of cactus's without taking any damage.  I'm not sure if this was an intentional thing or just a bug but we have parkour maps that use cactus parkour and while it doesn't make the maps unplayable it does ruin the idea of trying to parkour while taking damage.
