A world border type glitch in experimental

An interesting bug has occured on my experimental survival world, yes I know it says that it might be unstable, but this is too much.  It's  a world border like glitch it only fixes if i rejoin the world about every 5 chunks i cant get through or break blocks and entities get trapped. Mojang please solve this problem and has anyone expiernced this before?
