A furnace will not let you go to the bottom box

I was going to smelt my new iron and gold then suddenly it didn't let me go on the bottom box so I was realy mad I deleted it then re downloaded minecraft logged in but it was still broken also on my phone and my other I pad so I knew it was a bug
