Opaque leaves in new textures are not changed

In the newly released texture beta, the new leaf texture is only applied when fancy leaves are enabled. Having this setting off uses whatever is in the pack below it.

 

[Steps to reproduce]

1) Download and apply the new textures

2) Disable fancy leaves

3) look at a leaf block
