Water graphics when beside tilled dirt

You can sides of adjacent blocks of water flashing when you till the dirt beside them and plant seeds

1. Place multiple blocks of water beside each other, configuration doesn't matter
2. Till the dirt beside the water
3. Plant seeds on the tilled dirt
4. The sides of the blocks of water should become visible and start flashing
